Agents call agents, humans approve outcomes. The investigation goes from a multi-tool pivot sequence to a single conversation.
Why This Changes the Operating Model
Do not evaluate an agentic SOC platform as just another SIEM. Evaluate it as an agent control plane. The shift is an operating model change, not a product swap.
